These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bagi 4. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. Using any service, feature, or offer on the platform means you have knowingly and willingly accepted the terms of this agreement. If these terms are updated, we will post a notice on the platform, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to individuals aged 18 or above who reside in Bangladesh. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform, and any such use, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account in question. bagi 4 reserves the right to modify these terms in whole or in part at any time, and users are responsible for reading the latest version. To open a valid account on bagi 4, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, and only one account per person is permitted. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must always be truthful and up to date, as this information is verified during the verification process. bagi 4 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time and to seize the associated balance. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for the security of your account, and sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password secure and to change it regularly. Any unauthorized account access or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately. bagi 4 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone, and any such communication should be treated as fraudulent. Failure to submit the required KYC documents for account verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawals being temporarily suspended. We use industry-leading encryption technology to protect user data and will never sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
When using the bagi 4 platform, all users must comply with applicable laws and treat other users with respect. Exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage, or any attempt at system manipulation or fraud, is strictly prohibited. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to disrupt normal platform operations or gain an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure. Threatening, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward other users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. Any content, offers, or information published on the platform may not be used, copied, distributed, or commercialized for any purpose other than personal use. The logos, trademarks, brand elements, and all content on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bagi 4. Selling, renting, or transferring a platform account to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action if detected. Any attempt to breach the platform's security or gain unauthorized access to another user's account will be treated as a serious offense.
All financial transactions on bagi 4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳), and all major mobile banking services in the country are supported, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawals will always be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, and requests to withdraw to a different account cannot be processed. bagi 4 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or other illegal financial activity, and is obligated to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities. All deposit and withdrawal records are securely stored and will serve as definitive evidence in the event of any dispute.
Bonuses and promotional offers may come with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. If a technical error results in an incorrect amount being credited or debited, bagi 4 reserves the right to correct the error at any time. Bagi 4 reserves the right to correct any odds, payouts, or bonus amounts that were incorrectly displayed due to an unintentional technical error. bagi 4 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party links or services on the platform, and accessing those links is entirely at your own risk. Outside of any legal or judicial proceedings, bagi 4's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the preceding 30 days.
Bagi 4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, evidence of fraud or deception, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, and involvement in illegal activities. Before closing an account, we will endeavor to give the user an opportunity to provide an explanation; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time, and any valid balance will be returned via the relevant payment method. If an active investigation is ongoing at the time of account closure, the balance may be held until the investigation concludes. After an account is closed, the user's data will be retained for the period required under applicable law.
All content, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, and other intellectual property on the bagi 4 platform are the exclusive property of bagi 4 and are protected by applicable law. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any user who republishes, resells, reverse-engineers, or otherwise misuses bagi 4's content will be subject to legal action. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
